Is My Soul in Sync with God?

🪞 Intro-Spection Diagnostic: Is My Soul in Sync with God?

(Inspired by Proverbs 22, 2 Corinthians 13, Isaiah 30–32, and your reflections)

I. My Connection with God's Word

  1. 📖 Have I made time to incline my ear to God’s wisdom today?

    • Do I treasure His words more than opinions or trends? (Prov. 22:17–19)

  2. 🧠 Am I applying God’s instruction, or just listening passively?

    • Have I hidden His Word in my heart so it’s ready on my lips?

II. My Faith and Alignment with Christ

  1. 🔍 Have I examined myself this week?

    • Is Christ truly in me—and if so, how is He showing up through my actions? (2 Cor. 13:5)

  2. 👣 Am I walking in faith, or in fear and self-sufficiency?

    • Do I trust God's strength even when I feel weak? (2 Cor. 13:4)

  3. 📣 Am I declaring God’s Word over my life or rehearsing the problem?

    • Do my words sound more like faith or frustration?

    • Am I activating promises by speaking life, or reinforcing fear by repeating pain?
*(Proverbs 18:21 — “Death and life are in the power of the tongue...”)
(Romans 10:17 — “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”)

III. My Hearing and Obedience

  1. 👂 Am I recognizing when God says “This is the way, walk in it”?

    • Have I silenced distractions to hear His still small voice? (Isa. 30:21)

  2. 🧭 Am I resisting divine redirection, or yielding to it with trust?

    • Have I treated God’s correction as love or annoyance?

IV. My Trust and Dependence

  1. 🐎 Am I trusting in worldly strength (like Egypt), or depending on God’s Spirit?

    • Have I placed my confidence in things, people, or systems over God's plan? (Isa. 31:1)

  2. 🛡️ Am I resting in the quietness and confidence that brings strength?

    • Or am I restless, anxious, and chasing answers apart from Him? (Isa. 30:15)

V. My Fruits and Actions

  1. 🌳 Is there visible fruit of righteousness in my life?

  • Do I promote peace, justice, and clarity in my environment? (Isa. 32:17)

  1. 🔥 Am I spiritually alert, or slumbering with complacency?

    • Am I acting as a noble vessel, or letting distractions erode my spiritual strength? (Isa. 32:5–8)

🧭 Final Soul Check:

“Lord, what is one area in my heart that You want to realign today?”
